I got to stick stuff in people’s mouths today :D
My aunt’s Rotary club hosted this healthcare event where uninsured people were able to get free dental (cleanings, fillings, or extractions) and vision (eye exams and glasses) care. I was a dental assistant for cleanings, and I think it went really well considering how I’ve only assisted a few times before.

We had free food! And strawberries! Actually there were so many generous donations that we barely had to raise funds for this event.
We had optometry student volunteers, USC dental student volunteers, and an awesome dental crew (some of whom are pictured above) comprised of my aunt’s dentist friends and office team. And of course the lovely old people of Rotary. They’re so cute, living vintage omg
